We are committed to our clients’ long-term success and combine global reach with local client attention to serve them in over 50 countries around the globe.Job Title: Servicenow DeveloperLocation:-Pan IndiaWork Mode: HybridExperience: 5+ yrs.Job Type : Contract to hire.Notice Period:- Immediate joiners.Job Description:Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Customize ServiceNow applications to meet organizational and business requirements.Write, review, and maintain code to expand and enhance platform functionality.Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure that all solutions follow platform best practices and are scalable and maintainable.Troubleshoot and resolve issues, defects, and performance problems within the platform.Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of ServiceNow enhancements and solutions.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business processes to identify automation opportunities using the ServiceNow platform.Develop custom applications, workflows, modules, and UI components within ServiceNow.Write server-side and client-side scripts such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs and web services.Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.Maintain, optimize, and update existing ServiceNow configurations and customizations.Ensure compliance with security policies, best practices, and data privacy regulations.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.Document development processes, configurations, customizations, and integration workflows for future reference
