Key Responsibilities

Creative Ideation & Scripting

• Research and brainstorm fresh, engaging video concepts based on trending topics, audience preferences, and brand requirements
• Develop scripts that align with the creative direction and enhance storytelling

AI-Powered Video Production

• Utilize advanced AI video tools like Heygen, Runway ML, and Sora to create unique, high-quality content
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies to enhance production efficiency, visual appeal, and overall quality
• Stay updated with AI advancements and integrate new tools to streamline workflows

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos with a focus on seamless transitions, engaging effects, crisp sound design, and high-quality visuals
• Optimize content for various social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) while maintaining brand consistency
• Ensure color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics are polished for professional-grade output

Collaboration & Timely Execution

• Work closely with content creators, marketers, and designers to align video content with brand goals
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to team discussions

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required)
• Hands-on expertise in AI video tools (Heygen, Runway ML, Sora, or similar)
• Strong understanding of video production workflows, from concept to final delivery
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with an eye for design and detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Basic understanding of storytelling and scripting techniques
• Experience with editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animations, and special effects
• Experience in creating engaging social media content (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Knowledge of video optimization for different platforms and understanding of audience engagement trends
