We value speed, practical problem-solving, and engineering excellence.Location: RemoteType: InternshipStipend: ₹10,000 per monthTenure: 6 Months (Full-time opportunity based on performance)Role Overview We are looking for a smart, hands-on Python Automation Intern who can work on backend scraping pipelines, API creation, AWS Lambda functions, proxy integrations, and browser automation tools like Playwright and Selenium.You will help build high-scale data ingestion systems that fetch court data, automate workflows, manage rotating proxies, and deliver reliable APIs to our AI-powered legal stack.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building bots, scraping engines, infrastructure scripts, and backend automations.ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy AWS Lambda functions for backend tasksCreate robust REST APIs and internal microservicesWork with proxy rotation systems for large-scale scrapingImplement scraping flows using BeautifulSoup4, Playwright, and SeleniumHandle session-based, cookie-based, and header-based scrapingAutomate form submissions, navigation, and structured data extractionOptimize scraping reliability, speed, and anti-bot bypass strategiesCollaborate with AI and backend teams to integrate scraping outputsWrite and maintain modular, clean, production-ready codeDebug failures, identify breakpoints, and optimize retry logicMust-Have QualificationsStrong Python fundamentalsExperience with scraping libraries: BeautifulSoup4, Playwright, SeleniumGood understanding of HTTP requests, headers, cookies, sessionsAbility to work with proxies / rotating proxy systemsFamiliarity with AWS Lambda or serverless Python deploymentsExperience creating REST APIs (FastAPI / Flask preferred)Solid debugging and problem-solving skillsMust be located in IndiaAbility to work independently in a remote environmentPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with legal or government website scrapingKnowledge of serverless architecture patternsExperience with CloudWatch logs, SQS, or step functionsUnderstanding of captcha bypass strategies (OCR / anti-bot patterns)Basic knowledge of Docker, CI/CDExperience with large-data scraping and rate-limiting strategiesPerksWork on India’s fastest-growing LegalTech automation stackBuild real-world scrapers, APIs, and serverless pipelinesDirect mentorship from Claw’s core engineering teamContribute to live systems used by lawyers across the countryRemote-first cultureOpportunity for full-time backend/automation engineering role
