About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support two senior executives in managing both their personal and professional responsibilities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for the executives, managing both personal and official matters.

Oversee the executives' calendars, coordinating personal and business appointments.

Manage email correspondence and liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and family members.

Assist with daily tasks, including coordination with family, support staff, external vendors, and business stakeholders.

Provide continuous support during domestic and international travel, including itinerary management, visa documentation, and addressing emergent needs.

Coordinate end-to-end family events and engagements, ensuring seamless execution.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling personal and family matters.

Address and adapt to changing needs and priorities proactively.

Perform administrative tasks to keep both the personal and professional lives of the executives well-organized.

Requirements:

Young, enthusiastic professional with a proactive and organized approach.

Strong sense of style and familiarity with luxury brands, with an appreciation for high standards in decor and fashion.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to interact effectively with family members, support staff, and external vendors.

Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online shopping platforms.

Basic social media management skills.

A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to the dynamic needs of the executives.
