Role Overview :

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be the key driver of MNCXXXX's technology vision, leading the development of a robust, scalable, and AI-powered platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Python, microservices architecture, and AWS infrastructure to ensure seamless platform performance and innovation. As a member of the executive team, the CTO will align technology strategies with business goals, fostering innovation and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Develop and execute the company's technology roadmap to support business growth and innovation.

- Lead the evolution of MNCXXXX's AI-powered platform to ensure cutting-edge capabilities.

- Promote a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Technology Development and Execution :

- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable microservices architecture.

- Drive AI/ML integrations and ensure high-performance algorithm development.

- Manage AWS-based infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

- Implement best practices in Python programming, software development, and cloud operations.-

- Ensure data privacy, security compliance, and system robustness.

Team Leadership :

- Recruit, mentor, and manage a world-class engineering and technology team.

- Foster collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with business needs.

Innovation and Stakeholder Engagement :

- Stay updated on emerging technologies, especially in AI, cloud computing, and talent development.

- Serve as a technology advisor to the CEO and the board.

- Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to address complex technical challenges and deliver outstanding solutions.

Qualifications and Experience :

- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with expertise in AI-driven platforms and SaaS environments.

- Extensive experience with Python, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud platforms (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).

- Proven track record of designing and scaling highly available, fault-tolerant systems.

- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong understanding of data privacy, security standards, and compliance.
