Purpose of the Job

We have set up SCM business unit with focus on enterprise applications targeted for supply chin efficiency & optimization. SCM business unit is structured across multiple practices e.g. Supply Chain Planning, Soure2Pay, WMS, TMS, Maintenance Mgt/EAM, LIMS & EQMS etc. We are looking for dynamic & self-driving professional to manage and grow the “LIMS & EQMS” Practice

- Building capability & competency in the focused applications of Sample Manager (Thermofisher Scientific), Labware, Labvantage- Collaborate with geo & vertical sales teams for specific opportunities- Proactively work on business development for targeted growth- Ideation & building non-linear solutions.- This is leadership position and will be part of supply chain leadership at TechMahindra

What will you do?

- Competency leader for “LIMS & EQMS” covering business processes of R&D sampling, testing and validation, in-process quality, EQMS, Disposition- Coverage across Pre-sales, Solutions, Capability Building, Business Development and Though Leadership- Target of aggressive growth with team size and practice revenue- Responsible for P&L for the “Maintenance Mgt/EAM” practice- Building non-linear solutions for the R&D sample testing and validation, in-process quality, EQMS, Disposition- Maintaining the proper people pyramid with focus on training domain & freshers and grooming them further to deliver on project assignments- Building the leadership team further in the “LIMS/EQMS” practice

What do you need to have?

- Experience across Sample Manager (Thermofisher Scientific) with hands-on advisory/consulting, implementation and support experience- Minimum 5 to 6 implementation & support projects- Demonstrated value driven approach and solution mindset- Experience of setting and running the practice of LIMS & EQMS Application- Good connect with Thermofisher Scientific, Labware, Lanvantage stake holders as a principle- Overall 14+ years of experience with domain knowledge in the LIMS & EQMS- MBA with domain experience in the Manufacturing & Quality organization
