Job Summary:
Responsible for designing, planning, and coordinating architectural projects from concept through execution.
Job Description:
- Lead design ideation and development in residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, BOQs, and coordination sets for construction.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with UDCPR and other local building regulations.
Required Education:
Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch), COA Registration preferred.
Skills:
Strong design thinking, project coordination, knowledge of local development control rules
Software Skills:
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office, Photoshop
Salary Range:
INR 25,000 - INR 50,000 per month
