Company Description Manjusha Rasayan Private Limited | Leading Supplier of Industrial Chemicals Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our accounting and finance operations in a chemical trading environment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data entry, possess advanced Excel skills, and have a basic understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities • Perform accurate and timely data entry of purchase, sales, and expense transactions. • Maintain and update ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documentation. • Assist in reconciling bank statements and vendor/customer accounts. • Prepare and maintain Excel reports, summaries, and analysis sheets for management. • Support the preparation of invoices, debit/credit notes, and payment follow-ups. • Coordinate with the accounts team for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. • Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of accounting documents. Skills & Qualifications • Graduate in Commerce or equivalent qualification. • Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas, data validation, etc.) • Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and entries. • Good typing speed and attention to detail. • Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally/ERP or similar) preferred. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
