Cashfree Payments is one of the first recipients of such licenses, and will be adding more such regulated products in its portfolioThe HRBP for the Non-Tech vertical will act as a strategic partner to the Business team, providing HR guidance and support to achieve business objectives. This role involves implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring that the HR needs of the team are met effectively.What You Will Do:The incumbent shall work and partner with the Non-Tech team to develop, implement and drive results to ensure organizational effectiveness and productivity of the workforceThis role includes increasing workforce capability and structure, providing change leadership, strategic headcount planning, talent management, performance reviews, succession planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvements across multiple departments under this Business Unit and all Sub-Business UnitsProvide management coaching to junior people managers in order to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issuesYou take part in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. You also follow up to ensure training objectives are metReview the policies, incentive frameworks, related processes, rewards and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices to ensure equitable performancePartner with engagement spoc from internal HR team and run the agenda on employee engagementResponsible for the incoming talent assessment in partnership with recruiting partners end to end life cycle managementProvides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.G., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)What You Will Need:10+ years of relevant business partnering experience for Non-Tech or Tech verticalsExcellent stakeholder management and internal communication competencies.Strong comprehension of business product suite in the Non-Tech world, metrics around top-line and bottom-lineLeadership interfacing and advisory mindsetTo be able to positively influence without exerting authority for aligning people's priorities with business goalsNatural inclination towards data analysis, mining and deal with statistical perspective for business problems
