We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial professional to join the Founder's Office. This role caters to individuals thriving in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments, eager to collaborate closely with the founder in steering strategy, execution, and growth.

Responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with the Founder on strategic projects and daily operations.

- Orchestrating cross-functional initiatives, from product launches to partnerships.

- Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and exploring new opportunities.

- Supporting business development, brand positioning, and engaging with investors.

- Overseeing crucial communications and presentations.

Ideal candidates possess:

- 2–5 years of experience in consulting, brand management, operations, or startups (open to exceptional candidates).

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

- An entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a dedication to sustainability and healthy living.

- Ability to swiftly adapt and manage multiple priorities.

Location: New Delhi, India (Hybrid working model)

Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
