Requirements

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPQ Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP CPQ (formerly Callidus Cloud) along with experience in Iron Python development, CRM/ERP/CLM integrations, and system configurations. The role requires strong analytical skills, an in-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, and hands-on experience with workflows, validation rules, and data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP CPQ Development & Customization:

    • Configure and develop solutions using SAP CPQ.
    • Implement custom workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and formulas.
    • Develop and customize objects, process builders, and flows.

  • System Integration & Development:

    • Work with Iron Python for scripting and automation.
    • Integrate SAP CPQ with CRM, ERP, and CLM systems.
    • Develop custom tabs and CTX tags for enhanced functionality.
    • Utilize SOAP and REST web services for data exchange and automation.

  • Database & Code Management:

    • Implement relational database modeling and optimize SQL queries.
    • Utilize version control tools (e.g., Subversion, GitHub) for source code tracking.
    • Maintain documentation for system configurations and changes.

  • Testing & Issue Resolution:

    • Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure optimal system performance.
    • Collaborate with users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
    • Analyze and mitigate system issues, ensuring smooth operation.
    • Participate in code and design reviews to maintain best practices.

  • Digital Signature & Compliance:

    • Work with DocuSign/Adobe Sign integrations for document handling.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and security guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CPQ
Proficiency in Iron Python software development
Strong expertise in workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and process automation
Experience with CRM, ERP, and CLM integrations
Knowledge of CTX tags and object-oriented programming concepts
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational database modeling
Understanding of SOAP & REST web services
Familiarity with version control tools (GitHub, Subversion)
Exposure to DocuSign/Adobe Sign integration
Agile/Iterative development methodology experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP ecosystem and related technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
