As we rapidly scale and prepare for our upcoming IPO, we are building a high-performance, expert team to spearhead our global expansion and ensure operational and technical excellence across all client engagements.Role Overview: HCP AI Campaign Operations LeadThe HCP AI Campaign Operations Lead is the principal operational manager responsible for ensuring our AI-driven marketing campaigns for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) are executed successfully, compliantly, and efficiently. This role is central to achieving Multiplier AI's goals in Customer Success, Market Growth in India, and enhancing our AI Products specific to campaign execution.This leader translates marketing strategies into effective, real-world execution, commanding the process from client onboarding to results validation. The role requires experience with pharmaceutical marketing systems and the ability to manage large, complex projects that smoothly integrate advanced predictive AI models.I. Key Strategic Directives & Core ResponsibilitiesThis role is directly accountable for executing the leadership team's core mandates, with an emphasis on customer and account growth in India:1. Lead Customer Success and Grow the Accounts (High Priority)Ensure Customer Success on Existing India Campaigns: Take full end-to-end operational ownership of the AI-driven campaign process (handling data, creating target groups, running the campaign, and checking quality). This includes managing and guiding the Campaign Operations Team involved in execution. The main goal is to meet the agreed-upon success targets, ensure data rules are followed, and create a solid operational base for high client satisfaction and retention.Grow Existing Accounts: Actively find and implement process improvements that demonstrate value to the client, directly supporting the Sales team to expand the use of Multiplier AI products within current India accounts.2. Business Development & Pre-Sales Support (India Focus)Business Development - Grow Existing and Work with Pre-Sales for New: Work closely with the business development and pre-sales teams to secure new campaigns and accounts exclusively in the Indian market.Senior Operational Support for New Business: Act as the Senior Operational Expert during the pre-sales process. Clearly explain our platform's execution capabilities, help define the project scope, and assess what is operationally possible for new business proposals.Process Engineering: Establish and enforce best standards for running campaigns and managing the deployment of AI insights within the Campaign Operations Team. This includes improving the flow of AI-generated advice into the marketing systems to ensure personalized HCP outreach happens quickly and supports business scaling.3. Input to AI Team to Improve ProductsOperational Feedback Loop for Campaign Product: Serve as the critical liaison between the Campaign Operations Team and the internal AI Product Development for Campaign Product team. You will translate execution difficulties and client business needs into clear requirements for constantly making the campaign-related AI products better.Implementing AI Advice: Be highly skilled at taking AI model results (like "Next Best Action" recommendations) and putting them directly into the live marketing execution systems to drive intelligent, relevant HCP engagement at scale.II. Essential Qualifications & Key SkillsExperience: 6 – 15 years of progressive experience in running Campaigns, Marketing Technology, or Digital Commercial Management within the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry, focused on engaging HCPs.AI/Data Understanding: Proven experience managing the process of taking AI/Machine Learning (ML) advice and integrating it into campaign execution.Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to manage relationships (Client, Sales, Product, Data Science teams), strong skills in designing efficient processes, and a proven history of driving continuous process improvement in demanding commercial environments.III. Technological Expertise (Optional)The following areas of technological expertise are beneficial but not mandatory for this role:Expert-level mastery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).Advanced SQL proficiency.
