ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Retail solutions, including IS-Retail, S/4HANA Retail, and related modules.Collaborate with business users to analyze retail processes (e.G., merchandising, assortment planning, pricing, promotions, replenishment).Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with technical teams for custom developments.Configure core retail processes such as Article Master, Site Master, Pricing, Assortments, and POS interfaces.Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO, SCM, CAR, and F&R).Provide expert advice on best practices and process optimization in retail operations.Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and delivery management.Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer within the project team.Stay current with SAP innovations, particularly S/4HANA Retail, SAP CAR, and SAP FMS.ProfileBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.8+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with 5+ years in SAP Retail (IS-Retail or S/4HANA Retail).Strong knowledge of retail master data, pricing, promotions, merchandise management, and POS integrationExperience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects within the retail industry.Good understanding of integration points between SAP Retail and modules like MM, SD, and FI.Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.Ability to work independently and lead small to mid-size project teams.SAP certification in Retail or S/4HANA is an added advantage.
