Roles & Responsibilities:

Agile Leadership & Facilitation:

Take lead in agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and ceremonies. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Team Coaching & Development:

Mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices and principles. Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation.

Stakeholder Management & Teamwork:

Collaborate with Product Team to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide transparency on project progress and performance. Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns promptly.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity. Track and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Advocate for Agile practices and principles across the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role. Professional Scrum Master certification is a plus. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and software development lifecycle. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
