About Us:

Rural Routes is a creative and growing brand specializing in handcrafted bone inlay and artisanal furniture. We are seeking a motivated Furniture/Graphic Designer who is passionate about design, understands market trends, and can help shape innovative furniture collections that reflect both traditional craftsmanship and modern appeal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze current market trends and competitor designs in the furniture and home décor segment.
  • Conceptualize and design new bone inlay furniture pieces , aligned with global trends and customer preferences.
  • Create design mockups , mood boards, and concepts using AI-based tools (like Midjourney or similar) to support ideation.
  • Translate design ideas into 3D models and renders for visualization and production planning.
  • Collaborate with artisans and production teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with brand standards.
  • Contribute to the development of visual content for branding, catalogs, and marketing (optional but a plus).
Requirements:
  • A background in furniture design , graphic design , interior design , or a related creative field.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics , creativity , and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling/rendering tools like SketchUp, Blender, or Rhino (basic working knowledge is acceptable).
  • Awareness and experience using AI tools for design ideation and mockup creation.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently on design briefs.
  • Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome to apply .
