Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors consultant with strong expertise in the Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB) modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing, configuring, and supporting these modules in global environments and will work securely through a VDI setup.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least
  • 3+ years in RCM (Recruiting Management)
  • 3+ years in RMK (Recruiting Marketing)
  • 2+ years in ONB (Onboarding)
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and support of these modules.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and onboarding best practices.
  • Experience working in remote/VDI-based environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in RCM, RMK, or ONB is preferred


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONB modules.
  • Collaborate with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities.
  • Design and maintain career sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, functional specs, and test scripts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies.
  • Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance while working on a VDI-based remote setup.
  • Train end-users and provide post-go-live support.
