Headquartered in Mumbai and our main manufacturing facility in Patan, we have a total of 4 manufacturing locations across India with a network of more than 3000 channel partners.Job Description – Human Resources & Industrial Resources – PatanYour core responsibility will be to oversee the workers and the equipment they operate on the factory floor and be responsible for contributing to and carrying out production strategy decisions. You will have to design, plan, and implement human resources programs for the plant. You will need to administer corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs. A crucial duty would be to manage subordinate staff in their day-to-day work and ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhered to approved budgets.Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll management, Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems.Driving talent acquisition process to hire best fit candidates to promptly fill up criticalPositions in the company at competitive salary range.Ensuring timely and error-free compensation management and all statutory compliances including those of PF, ESIC, Factory compliance and CLARA compliance etc.Engaging employees by formulating policies and systems and coaching seniors how to engage productive employees to create positive image of the company in their minds and to minimize attrition.Prepare training schedule and annual training calendar.Deal with labour contractors and manage all regulatory requirements and compliance.Managing employee data base and report addition and deletion on monthly basis to the compliance team.Handling recruitment and onboarding processes.Tracking employees leave and attendance.Ensuring ISO related clauses for HR activities are followed and records maintained.Oversee all necessary paperwork, employee communications, benefits maintenance, leave tracking, management reports, workers compensation claims, and return to work programs is completedComplete initial reporting, accident investigations, communication work restrictions, claim adjuster correspondence, tracking and claim review analysis for settlementsCreate termination packages, complete assigned terminations, ensure all termination paperwork is complete as per requirementsOversee the performance management of the employees and assist in salary planningSteer HR-related projects and initiatives throughout the year, maintain HR-related spreadsheets, update and distribute it on a predetermined scheduleDevelop labour policiesHandle grievance proceduresManage dispute resolutions involving unions, management, employees or government agencies, etc.Ensure the HR staff is knowledgeable about union contract complianceAdvise management on contract negotiations and similar management-union relationsConsult HR executive staff regarding personnel policiesCreate and revise union contractsHead monthly labour management meetingsPrepare documentation regarding labour relations assignmentsSkills & KnowledgeEducational QualificationsMaster’s degree in industrial relations & human resourcesFunctional & Behavioural SkillsAbility to negotiate with unions, resolve conflicts, and manage disputes.Understanding of labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to IR-related issues.Ability to develop and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.Relevant (functional/Level) and total years of experienceMinimum 15 years of related experience
