We are looking for an Enterprise IT Architect

You'll make a difference by:

SMO ITEnterprise Architecture function ensure compliance of the IT with standards anda consistent development of architecture, IT portfolio, supplier portfolio andstrategic workforce, and we establish practice-related guidelines, processesframeworks and models which are accepted in the organization. Responsiblefor enterprise architecture management (including business IT alignment andanalysis of the application portfolio) and derive IT strategies from businessrequirements. LeadIT transformation programs focused on optimizing the application portfolio tosupport business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Findopportunities to streamline and optimize the application portfolio, reducingexcess and improving application performance. Providearchitectural guidance and governance for new solutions, services and ensuretheir compliance with the existing architectural landscape. Ensurea robust application portfolio management framework that actively steers thestrategic use of enterprise architecture. Developand maintain technology roadmaps that guide the evolution of the applicationportfolio in line with business needs and technological advancements. Enableintegration and interoperability of different applications within theenterprise. Implementgovernance frameworks that ensure compliance, security, and alignment withenterprise architecture principles. Engagewith key collaborators to capture requirements, provide insights, and ensurethat enterprise architecture initiatives meet business needs. Understandingof IT application and service portfolio management Shouldhave experience in any one of the Siemens IT Priority topics e.g. DigitalSales, IoT, Factory Digitalization, SAP S4H ERP transformation, PLMtransformation, MES or equivalent experience, Digital workplace.

You'll win us over by:

Bachelor/master'sdegree or equivalent experience in computer science or comparable educationwith corresponding additional skills Demonstrableexperience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on IT transformationprograms and application portfolio optimization. Demonstratedability in the field of Enterprise Architecture Management, relevantcertifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) is a plus. Experiencewith LeanIX or similar EAM tool is plus Soundknowledge from anyone or more aspect of Business Architecture, ApplicationArchitecture, Data Architecture, Technology Architecture. Strongstrategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to align ITinitiatives with business objectives. Superbcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to optimally motivateand influence senior leadership and key collaborators. Experiencein leading IT projects, including budget management and resource allocation. Abilityto lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt tochanging business needs. Understandthe business & technical architecture concepts for sophisticated ITarchitectures. Knowledgein IT governance, risk management, and emerging technologies; familiarity withapplication portfolio management tools and techniques is a plus.
