The ideal candidate should be able to lead site teams, resolve issues quickly, maintain quality standards, and ensure all timelines are met without slippage.Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Leadership - Manage and lead multiple sites independently - Supervise, guide, and monitor site supervisors - Ensure tasks are completed as per daily and master schedules - Enforce quality standards and workmanship guidelines2. Coordination & Planning - Liaise with designers, vendors, procurement, and clients - Ensure all drawings, approvals, and materials are available on time - Track daily progress and proactively solve issues - Maintain all documentation and logs accurately3. Vendor & Material Management - Follow up for dispatches and ensure on-time deliveries - Check material quality & quantity on arrival - Maintain material consumption logs4. Client Communication & Updates - Share weekly progress updates - Record all approvals, changes, and decisions - Address site queries professionally and promptly5.
