Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Handle customer escalations via calls, emails, or in-person meetings, ensuring timely resolutions and client satisfaction.
• Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas and drive customer success.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing proactive support and addressing their needs efficiently.
• Travel to client sites when necessary to provide on-ground support and strengthen customer relationships.
• Utilize customer support tools to manage escalations, track queries, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Generate reports and insights from customer data to assist in decision-making and service enhancement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and escalate complex issues when required.
• Stay updated on industry trends, networking technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A background in technology, networking, or cybersecurity is essential.
• Proficiency in using customer support or CRM tools for managing client relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create reports based on customer and operational data.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
Experience:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, or technical support roles preferred.
• Freshers with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
• Ability to manage customer onboarding and escalations independently.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and meetings as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
