The role is best suited to someone who is hands-on, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage vendor invoice processing and postings for multiple entitiesCoordinate and initiate payment runs in line with internal policiesPerform regular vendor reconciliations and support new vendor onboardingLiaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies and queriesPost adjustment journal entries and support month-end close activitiesMaintain accurate and organised documentation for audit and compliance purposesWork closely with the finance team to ensure proper ledger maintenance and financial controlsReview and audit employee expense reports in line with company policyAssist with corporate credit card reconciliationsSupport the Accounts Payable team on ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiativesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5-7 years of relevant Accounts Payable experienceStrong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesHigh level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential informationProven ability to collaborate and build effective working relationships across teamsSolid understanding of accounts payable processes, concepts, and controlsProficient in MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables, formulas) and comfortable working across multiple systemsExperience with NetSuite, Oracle or Concur is an advantageReliable, consistent work ethic and flexibility to adapt to changing business needsIf you have a strong AP background in a multinational or fast-growing organisation and want to step into a global, high-performing setup, you’re encouraged to apply via LinkedIn.
