We're currently seeking a skilled and proactive Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to join our team.Role Overview:The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end finance, taxation, audit, and compliance responsibilities for multiple clients. You'll wear multiple hats—ranging from financial management and internal audits to tax filings and strategic advisory—playing a key role in building a strong financial foundation for our clients. The candidate must be proficient in Zoho Books and capable of handling financial reporting and forecasting directly to the Director. This is a high-responsibility role requiring accuracy, ownership, and strategic insight.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & ReportingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in Zoho BooksAnalyse financial performance and prepare forecastsPresent key reports and financial insights directly to the DirectorSupport strategic planning with timely and accurate financial dataTaxationPrepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returnsAssist clients with tax-saving strategies and complianceHandle assessments and respond to tax noticesAuditing & ControlsConduct internal audits and ensure books are audit-readyRecommend improvements in financial controls and workflowsRegulatory ComplianceEnsure adherence to Companies Act, GST regulations, and statutory filingsManage ROC filings, EPF, ESI, and other regulatory submissionsPayroll & Statutory DeductionsOversee payroll processing and manage all deductions like PF, TDS, etc.Ensure accurate monthly disbursals and complianceClient Advisory & StrategyAct as a financial advisor to clients, offering insights for business growthAssist in cost control, investment planning, and KPI trackingRisk & Process ManagementIdentify risks and suggest mitigation strategiesOptimize financial operations for efficiency and complianceWhat We're Looking For:Qualified CA with 2–3 years of post-qualification experienceMandatory proficiency in Zoho Books and Excel-based reportingExperience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and direct reporting to managementStrong understanding of tax laws, audits, and regulatory frameworksGood communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approachAbility to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficientlyWhat We Offer:Exposure to diverse industries and financial scenariosDirect mentorship from senior partners and leadershipGrowth-oriented, collaborative work environmentCompetitive salary with performance-linked incentives
