As an Analyst – Data Centre Operations, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Tanla’s data center environments, covering physical infrastructure (compute, storage, network, and power) as well as virtualization, cloud connectivity, and automation. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence across all on-premises and cloud-integrated data center assets that power Tanla’s CPaas platforms.You’ll Be Responsible For:Core Data Centre OperationsPerform hardware racking, stacking, and cabling (fiber, copper, and power) in line with data centre standards.Manage rack layouts, power distribution units (PDUs), cooling requirements, and equipment labeling for optimal efficiency.Coordinate and perform new hardware installations, relocations, and decommissions for servers, network devices, and storage arrays.Conduct data centre visits and audits to validate infrastructure health, cleanliness, labeling, and compliance.Plan and execute data centre site refreshes, migrations, or expansions, including coordination with OEMs and facility providers.Track asset lifecycle management — from procurement and delivery to deployment, maintenance, and end-of-life.Monitor and manage power, cooling, and space utilization through DCIM tools or site-level dashboards.Ensure physical security compliance (biometric access, surveillance, and escort procedures).You’d Have:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.8+ years of hands-on experience in data centre operations, systems administration, and network management.Strong experience in hardware installation, cabling, power management, and DC facility coordination.Proficiency in Linux (RHEL preferred) and virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, Proxmox).Expertise in networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, MPLS) and security platforms (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet).Working knowledge of cloud integration (Azure ExpressRoute, AWS Direct Connect).Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, Terraform).Familiarity with DCIM tools, monitoring systems, and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, ManageEngine).Certifications such as RHCE, CCNP, VCP, Azure Associate, or PCNSE are highly desirable.Why Join TanlaEnd-to-End Ownership: Manage one of the most critical infrastructures in the telecom CPaaS ecosystem.Modern DC Stack: Work on hybrid infrastructure combining on-premises, virtualization, and cloud-native technologies.Skill Growth: Exposure to automation, SDN, and cloud networking along with traditional DC operations.Inclusive & Innovative Culture: Collaborate across teams in an environment that values innovation, reliability, and technical excellence.
