- You will be instrumental in shaping the voice and tone of SocialPilot's brand globally.

What you will do?
- Craft Brand Narratives: Develop and execute impactful, cohesive brand stories across multiple channels.
- Innovative Campaigns: Brainstorm creative campaigns and innovative ways to elevate our brand presence in global markets.
- Versatile Content Creation: Write and edit copy for social media, websites, ad campaigns, newsletters, press releases, blogs, videos, and events.
- Global Voice Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone that resonates with a global audience while adapting to diverse cultural nuances.
- Target Audience Expertise: Understand and define our audience personas and craft messaging that aligns with their needs and motivations.
- Ideation and Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize campaigns and strategize creative approaches to engage target personas.
- Data-Driven Copywriting: Analyze performance metrics like click-through rates, engagement rates, and open rates to optimize and experiment with copy effectiveness.
- Cross-Channel Collaboration: Partner with design, content marketing, and SEO teams to deliver high-quality creative assets.
- Feedback Integration: Revise and improve copy based on constructive feedback from internal teams and leadership.
What are you like?
- Experience: 5-6 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in branding or creative roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful work across digital and offline channels.
- Agency experience will be a plus.
- Creative Thinker: Ability to develop unique, bold ideas that elevate brand messaging and resonate with audiences.
- Strong Storytelling Skills: Exceptional ability to translate brand values into compelling stories and taglines.
- Audience Insight: Expertise in understanding and engaging diverse customer personas across various platforms and cultures.
- Data-Driven Approach: Experience leveraging A/B testing and performance metrics to refine copy and enhance audience engagement.
- Exceptional Communication: Impeccable grammar, attention to detail, and proficiency in short and long-form content creation.
- Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, trends, and social media landscapes.
- Team Player: Highly collaborative with the ability to lead brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Adaptability: Agile in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and navigating a fast-paced environment.
