We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect - Health Cloud to lead the design, implementation and ongoing improvement of our client's healthcare technology platform. This role requires in-depth knowledge of both Salesforce and healthcare systems, with a focus on building scalable, compliant and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead Salesforce Health Cloud architecture to support complex healthcare workflows and data models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation, including configuration, customization and third-party integrations.
  • Evaluate compliance with healthcare data privacy standards, including HIPAA.
  • Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to best practices for development teams.
  • Maintain platform reliability and performance by resolving technical issues.
  • Integrate Salesforce with EHR/EMR systems and other healthcare-related applications.
  • Pursue continuous improvement through research and adoption of innovative Salesforce technologies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Proven experience architecting Salesforce solutions in healthcare settings.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data models, patient workflows and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Prior experience working with US healthcare clients is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.
