Position: QA Engineer (Salesforce)Experience: 5+ YearsLocation: RemoteAvailability: Immediate JoinerEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong Salesforce testing knowledge. The ideal candidate should have more than 5 years of experience and be capable of ensuring high-quality delivery of Salesforce-related features and enhancements. This role does not include manual testing and requires strong functional and technical understanding of Salesforce.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform end-to-end Salesforce testing, including validation of configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations.Review business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.Prepare test cases, scenarios, and QA documentation based on Salesforce modules.Work closely with developers, admins, and product owners to identify issues early in the development cycle.Execute regression, functional, and integration testing specific to Salesforce components.Identify defects, document them clearly, and track them to closure.Ensure high-quality releases in an agile development environment.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of QA experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce testing.Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, and related modules.Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, validation rules, workflows, and custom objects.Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Immediate joiner preferred.
