Let's move togetherRole Overview:We are looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to support our creative team on a project-by-project basis. The ideal candidate is a highly creative, self-motivated designer with a strong eye for detail and a passion for fashion and beauty. You will work closely with the Brand and Creative teams to deliver high-impact designs across digital, social, and marketing channels.If you’re an agile, trend-savvy designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines, we’d love to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Creative Asset Creation:Design high-quality graphics for social media, emails, digital marketing, website, and mobile app campaigns.Campaign Support:Assist in the execution of seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches with fresh and engaging visuals.Brand Alignment:Ensure all creative assets align with Namshi’s brand identity, tone, and guidelines.Content Adaptation:Adapt master creative files into various formats and sizes for multiple platforms and devices.Trend Integration:Stay informed about design, fashion, and digital trends, applying insights to keep Namshi’s creative output fresh and relevant.Collaboration:Communicate effectively with internal teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.Efficiency:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time with minimal supervision.Qualifications:Experience:3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries.Portfolio:Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work, including social media, web, and campaign assets.Tools Proficiency:Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);familiarity with Figma and AI design tools is a plus.Creativity:Excellent visual storytelling skills with a strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory.Adaptability:Ability to work quickly, take feedback constructively, and pivot easily between projects.Communication:Clear and professional communication skills, especially when working remotely or asynchronously.Availability:Flexibility to take on projects with varying deadlines, sometimes on short notice.
