About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Brand Solutions/Client Servicing team. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, client satisfaction, and creative excellence. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agency environment and loves solving brand challenges, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for client communication and relationship management
  • Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, content, media) to ensure timely and quality delivery of campaigns
  • Understand client briefs, build proposals, and present ideas that align with brand objectives
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring smooth execution
  • Assist in building pitch decks, campaign reports, and monthly performance reviews
  • Stay updated on market trends and proactively suggest new ideas or formats to clients
  • Ensure clarity in briefs and expectations between client and creative teams

Requirements:

  • 0–1.5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or marketing (internships count)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • A passion for brand storytelling and understanding of digital/social media platforms
  • Team player with a solution-oriented mindset

Good to Have:

  • Prior agency experience
  • Understanding of influencer marketing or branded content
  • Experience working with decks and presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides)
