Product Manager

- To gather and translate technical requirements into product specifications. Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable, secure, and efficient product features.
- To work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless product development, integration, and timely delivery.
- To engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure product features meet business requirements.
- To manage the product lifecycle using agile methodologies. Prioritize features, define backlogs, and ensure continuous delivery of product improvements.
- To ensure the product delivers exceptional user experiences, particularly for financial services (loans, payments, credit assessments).
- To stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to ensure the product is competitive and meets market demands.
- To work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure the product adheres to financial regulations (KYC, AML, data security).
- To leverage data and analytics to monitor product performance, measure KPIs, and drive continuous product improvements.
- To document product features, user stories, and release notes. Provide regular updates to leadership on product progress and outcomes.
