Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - 1065 FS located in Ahmedabad. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial standards. Key responsibilities include supervising the preparation and filing of 1065 forms, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing financial insights to improve business processes. The Manager will also lead a team, delegate tasks, and mentor junior staff members.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial management, including 1065 form preparation and filing
  • Strong client management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or other relevant certification is a plus
  • Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
