Mode of Interview: Virtual


Must-Have:-

  • 4+ Years of good functional expertise in SAP RE-FX — Contract management, lease accounting (IFRS16/ASC842), property management and valuation.
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA data structures, Fiori apps and cloud deployment considerations.
  • Deep understanding of RE-FX integration with FI/CO, MM, PS and Asset Accounting.
  • Hands-on experience in RE-FX master data migration, testing and reconciliation during implementation.


Good to Have:-

1. Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform / BTP Services for RE-FX reporting or extensions.

2. Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for real estate reporting and dashboards
