What We're Looking For:
Your Background:
Qualification: BSC graduates or BE graduates with any Experience.
Experience & Skill: 1 to 3 years of experience with good English speaking and writing skills.
- Great communication skills—you'll need to write and talk effectively.
- BSC graduates or BE graduates with any Experience but should have good english speaking and writing skills and intrest to work in medical device domain.
- Open-mindedness to work across cultures and people.
- A knack for working in fast-paced, timeline-driven environments.
Preferable:
· A degree in B.E./B.Tech (Bio-Medical), B.Pharm, or BSc (Bio Science).
· 1–3 years of experience in medical device complaints handling or PMS activities.
· Familiarity with global medical device rules and standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling customer complaints in our complaint management system.
Working closely with awesome cross-functional teams (think Intake, MDR, and Investigation) to keep things running smoothly.
Organizing and managing daily tasks like a pro.
Following processes to the letter (yes, we're all about compliance).
Keeping your lead associate in the loop with regular updates.
