">We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as Area Sales Manager for Telangana & AP. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual volume objectives within allocated accounts.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive business growth.
- New Product Introductions: Collaborate with the procurement team to identify products with supply gaps and build supply programs for local or regional products.
- Basic Planning and Forecasting: Develop and implement basic planning and forecasting techniques to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order collection.
- Distributor Management: Monitor the performance of distributors within the area, identify issues, and take corrective action to address them.
- Reporting and Compliance: Ensure that distributors submit required reports and claims on time and adhere to all reporting formats.
- 10+ years of experience in HoReCa sales and institutional sales
