Entrepreneur-in-Residence

The ideal candidate is ambitious, detail-oriented, thrives in ambiguity, and can seamlessly switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Support in defining and executing the company's strategic priorities.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies for new business initiatives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and work on pilot programs or new product rollouts.

Strategic Program Management Duties

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects ensuring alignment and timely execution.
  • Drive SOPs, processes and systems development to enable to company to scale
  • Draft high-quality decks, briefs, and communication for investors and board members and partners
  • Drive investor MIS, insights and analytics outputs for the business leadership

Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) Projects

  • Take ownership of high-impact, 0 to 1 business set up journeys across the business functions and areas from concept to execution.
  • Build business cases and roadmaps as needed for the business growth
  • Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to test and scale new initiatives.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Liaise with investors, strategic partners, and senior leadership
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise high judgement in sensitive situations.
  • Ensure effective internal communication between leadership and broader teams.

Performance & Metrics

  • Track company OKRs, KPIs, and project milestones; ensure accountability within teams.
  • Prepare performance reports for leadership and the board.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Top B School MBA or someone with proven pedigree
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years in top tier management consulting, strategy, program management, startup operations, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to handle executive-level projects with discretion and independence.
  • Exposure to startup culture and scaling challenges is highly desirable.
