Qualification: 10+ years of experience in building AI and advanced analytics solutions in industry or research.


Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in building AI and advanced analytics solutions in industry or research.


Strong skills in:

  • NLP, computer vision, time-series forecasting
  • Data analysis, modeling, pre-processing
  • Python, Jupyter, cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Ideation, use case design, and AI value assessment


Able to:

Drive digital transformation by identifying and leading high-impact AI/ML use cases.

Develop and deploy scalable AI models (including LLMs and GenAI) for applications like:

  • Conversational analytics
  • Market insights
  • Process automation
  • Intelligent documentation
  • Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and business teams to turn ideas into working solutions.
  • Champion responsible AI, ensuring models are explainable, governed, and aligned with safety standards.
  • Work cross-functionally with data engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to embed models into real-world workflows.
