Despite this, Darkhorsestocks is followed by top-tier analysts, fund managers, portfolio managers, professors, and ace investors for our cutting-edge company ideas.Location: RemoteType: PaidDuration: Flexible working hoursKey ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth analysis of Indian equities, focusing on fundamental metrics such as free cash flow projections, ROIC, and margin sustainability.Perform advanced financial modeling, including discounted cash flow (DCF) , comparable company analysis , precedent transactions , and other valuation methodologies.Execute comprehensive sectoral studies to identify industry-wide trends, regulatory impacts, and company-specific growth levers.Provide support for debt syndication processes , including evaluating term sheets, covenant structures, and risk-sharing mechanisms.Analyze and interpret complex derivatives data, applying concepts such as implied volatility , Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Vega, Theta) , and volatility skew to assess hedging strategies.Monitor macroeconomic indicators such as credit spreads, currency movements, and bond yields to align equity strategies with market conditions.Develop advanced options pricing models using frameworks like Black-Scholes and binomial models , providing actionable insights into derivatives trading.Assist in preparing pitch books and investor presentations for portfolio recommendations, with a focus on investment drivers, valuation metrics, and risk management strategies.Actively track earnings calls, management commentary, and sectoral developments to refine investment theses and identify market-moving catalysts.What You Will LearnComprehensive understanding of primary and secondary market activities , including IPO processes , block trades , and debt syndication mechanisms .Practical exposure to structured finance and credit risk assessment , including securitization structures and collateralized debt obligations (CDOs).Application of Monte Carlo simulations for sensitivity analysis and portfolio optimization.Advanced understanding of capital structure optimization and its implications for shareholder value creation.Techniques for conducting enterprise risk analysis , integrating scenario planning, stress testing, and downside protection strategies.Expertise in proprietary trading strategies , including statistical arbitrage, pair trading, and market-neutral strategies.Hands-on experience in corporate governance assessments and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) integration into investment models.Who We're Looking ForStrong academic background in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.Proficiency in financial tools like Bloomberg Terminal , Capital IQ , and Thomson Reuters Eikon (preferred).Solid understanding of valuation techniques, derivatives pricing, and macroeconomic analysis.Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and research skills, with a focus on accuracy and depth.Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for financial analysis (preferred but not mandatory).What's in It for You?Exposure to live market data and real-world investment decision-making.Opportunity to work on sophisticated financial instruments and investment strategies.Guidance and mentorship from industry veterans with extensive market experience.Access to exclusive financial databases, tools, and resources to accelerate learning.
