Job Description
Key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive CRM strategy, aligning it with business objectives, and leading the CRM team. You will optimise the customer journey, personalise interactions, and work with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a seamless experience. Using CRM tools and data analytics, you'll provide insights into customer behaviour and develop segmentation models, while managing CRM technology and ensuring data integrity. You'll design and execute multi-channel campaigns, monitor their effectiveness, and continuously improve CRM programs. Additionally, you'll build and lead a high-performing team, set goals, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Head of CRM' should have:
Minimum 15 years of overall experience in CRM. Open to Bengaluru as a location, WFO Candidate should come with experience dealing with commercial real estate space particularly from office fit outs
