Role Overview:


We are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to join our team in Rajkot . This is a full-time on-site role where you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project timelines are met and deliverables are achieved.


The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, a basic understanding of IT systems, and a proactive attitude toward solving problems and driving results.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in planning, organising, and managing IT projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
  • Identify project risks and communicate updates to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Support documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and constraints
  • Facilitate daily or weekly stand-up meetings and maintain project tracking tools


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate project performance and suggest improvements
  • Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and technical project components
  • Project planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate in an on-site work environment
  • Prior experience in project management, internships, or related roles is a plus
