  • Providing Product/Service Information: Offering accurate information about products or services to customers and assisting them in making informed decisions.
  • Resolving Complaints: Addressing customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction by finding solutions that meet their needs.
  • Maintaining Customer Records: Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference and analysis.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Other Services industry.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of calling, customer service, inbound calling, bpo and outbound
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
