We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q2 2025.WHAT YOU’LL DOManage, maintain and enhance multiple content management platforms like Contentful, Sanity, WordPress etc.Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and associated frameworks like ExpressJS, NestJS or other frameworksDeploy, manage, and scale backend services on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or AzureWork with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or RDBMS such as MySQL to design efficient data models and optimize queriesDesign and implement microservices architecture to ensure scalability and reliability of backend systemsUtilize Docker for containerization to ensure consistency across development, testing, and production environmentsWork with any Content Management System (CMS) to integrate and manage backend servicesCollaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of featuresWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices in software engineeringContribute to the development of content strategies, including content audits, workflows, and publication schedulesServe as the go-to person for all content management needs within the organizationTrain staff or team members on CMS usage, content creation workflows and best practicesWHAT YOU’LL NEED7+ years of professional experience in backend software developmentHands-on experience with any one of the following CMS: Word Press Gutenberg, Contentful or SanityExperience in building headless CMS implementationsExperience with TypeScript for building robust, maintainable codeWorking knowledge in Node.js and experience with Node.js frameworks like ExpressJSStrong experience in designing and implementing GraphQL APIsProficiency in designing and developing APIsExperience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or RDBMS like MySQLExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automation toolsExperience in optimizing transaction workflowsExperience with caching and performance tuningAbility to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-makingBS or MS in Computer Science or equivalentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhat we need-~35 hours of work per week.-100% remote from our side-You will be paid out every month.-Min 3 yrs of experience-Please apply only if you have a 100% remote job currently-If you do well, this will continue for a long time.
