Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Co-Founder in a Skill Tech early-stage company, part of Talent Skillsvarsity's business portfolio.

The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving the company’s vision, strategy, and growth. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales and marketing efforts, conducting market research, developing strategic partnerships, and facilitating communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Marketing skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Research and Analytical skills
• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have prior experience in Skills or Higher Education or Technology domains
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership & execution ability

Compensation

• Combination of Early-stage modest salary, Variable/profit share depending on fit.
