As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Finance Executive to join our team and support our Finance hub.Role overview:As a Finance Executive, you’ll dive into the world of global accounting and financial management, learning how numbers power international education operations. The Finance Executive will be responsible for employee reimbursements, invoice processing, vendor reconciliation and management, and assisting with financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:· Assist in core accounting tasks, including journal entries, and conduct routine bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.· Track departmental and project budgets meticulously, monitoring expenses against allocated funds and reporting variances to management.· Support the full cycle of invoice processing and vendor payments, ensuring documentation is accurate, approvals are secured, and payments are executed timely.· Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reports, including generating specific schedules, summaries, and analyses as required by management.· Help ensure adherence to internal audit requirements and taxation norms (e.g., GST, TDS), assisting with the compilation of necessary documentation for statutory filings.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data, analyze financial performance trends, and provide insights that support operational decision-making.Key Skills:· Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field· A year of relevant experience in roles with handling budgets, reconciliation etc.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills· Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment· Familiarity with MS Office.What we Offer:· A collaborative and purpose-driven work environment· Opportunities to work with international teams and clients· Exposure to a wide range of Finance related functions· Professional development and career growth supportAvailability and start date:ImmediateNOTE: OneStep Global is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to the employment policies, procedures and practices which do not discriminate on grounds such as gender, marital status, family status, age, disability, race, religious belief, sexual orientation.
