Job Summary

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within a specified geographic region. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and effectively positioning our company's products and services in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote Passive Networking Solutions as a leading brand in structured cabling and passive networking solutions.
  • New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities by hunting for new accounts and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain senior-level relationships with enterprise clients, system integrators, MEP consultants, and turnkey contractors.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by generating leads, managing the RFP process, and closing deals effectively.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop strategic relationships with potential customers, partners, and end customers to grow market share.
  • Industry Engagement: Stay connected with industry trends and recognize opportunities for new projects and revenue streams.
  • Solution Proposals: Work closely with the pre-design team to understand customer requirements and propose customized solutions.
  • Networking: Establish relationships at all organizational levels to drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
