About the Job:

We are hiring dynamic & resilient individuals for our Equity Advisory Team.The individual is required to provide advisory services to High Networth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra HNI clients in Equity, Derivatives, and Currency Markets. Their role includes activating clients through effective advisory and cross-selling products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, and PMS to generate revenue. Responsibilities also involve acquiring new clients, retaining existing clients, and addressing their complaints and queries. Additionally, client profiling is an integral part.

Responsibilities:

Advising Super HNI clients on Equity, Derivatives, currency & commodity Markets.Creation of revenue & Activation of clients through effective Advisory.Cross selling of other products like Mutual fund, PMS, Insurance.Handling Queries & complains of client's & solving it within TAT.Acquiring new clients & retaining the old clients through periodic meetings.Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of client's financial requirements, analysing information & recommending portfolios.Monitoring & enhancing Advisor's Advising skills through call tracking, weekly targets & meetings, con calls.

Qualification & Experience:

MBA/ PGDM/ Post Graduate degree in Finance or related field.NISM/NCFM certificate or equivalent certification relevant to stock markets.Minimum 2 year of experience in a stock broking company or a similar financial institution.Strong understanding of Capital Markets, Investment Products, Portfolio Management and Industry Regulations.Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
