Job Overview

We seek a passionate and proactive CSR Intern to join our team in Mumbai. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting underprivileged children's education and well-being programs. The intern will play a key role in managing student enrollment, donor coordination, fund monitoring, and enhancing our social media presence. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in social impact, education, and nonprofit operations to contribute meaningfully while gaining valuable skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Enrollment & Profile Management
  • Assist in identifying and enrolling underprivileged children into educational programs.
  • Shortlist student profiles based on predefined criteria such as need, potential, and eligibility.
  • Conduct income-level assessments of families to ensure aid reaches the most deserving candidates.
    • Donor Coordination & Fund Management
    • Ensure a smooth inflow of funds by coordinating with donors and maintaining accurate records.
    • Share regular updates on student performance and program impact with donors to foster transparency and trust.
    • Monitor the allocation and utilization of funds disbursed to schools and institutions, ensuring compliance with organizational goals.
      • Social Media Engagement
      • Support the NGO's social media strategy by creating engaging content, including posts, reels, and stories.
      • Provide creative inputs to increase awareness about our programs and campaigns.
      • Collaborate with the team to amplify our reach and connect with a wider audience.
        • Additional Support
        • Assist in organizing events, workshops, or campaigns related to education and child well-being.
        • Contribute to documentation, reporting, and other operational tasks as needed.
        Skills & Qualifications
        • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program
        • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
        • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; proficiency in Hindi/Marathi is a plus.
        • Creative mindset with an interest in social media content creation (experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar is an advantage).
        • Passion for social causes, particularly education and child welfare.
        • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
        • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
        • Prior experience in nonprofit work, fundraising, or social media management is desirable but not mandatory.
