Qualification

Bachelor's degree in human resource, Business Administration, travel, tourism and hospitality, Commerce, Arts, Law (Immigration) or related fields.

Experience Required- 8 to 12 Years

Minimum 5+ years professional experience in an immigration or mobility role/environment with proven experience leading high performing teams and managing relationships with senior internal stakeholders. Proven experience and knowledge of EMEA, Americas (USA+LATAM) and APAC immigration frameworks and processes an advantage.

Candidates must demonstrate:

A strong understanding of immigration frameworks and concepts Deep immigration technical knowledge in two or more geographies an advantage Proven operational experience in immigration procedures and processes Proven experience managing operational teams and performance deliverables Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage senior and intercultural stakeholder relationships Excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail Exposure to quality control and risk management processes Proven ability to manage complex immigration scenarios and multiple projects to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment Project management skills to plan and prioritize work and meet deadlines Proven administrative and organizational skills
