🌟 Full-Stack Engineer (C#, Mongo DB, Supabase, CSS, Tailwind, AI & No-Code)📍 Location: Fully Remote💰 Compensation: Competitive salary (₹4–8 LPA)  🔹 About the RoleWe’re looking for a pragmatic, product-focused Full-Stack Engineer who thrives on owning features end-to-end. You’ll work across backend services, databases, cloud infrastructure, front-end UIs, mobile apps, AI/no-code tools, and third-party integrations.You’ll join a small, fast-moving team that values reliability, thoughtful design, and developer craftsmanship. 🛠️ What You’ll DoDesign, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# (.NET Core) and PythonArchitect and operate data stores (MongoDB, Supabase) with scalable and efficient schema designsDeploy, monitor, and secure services on AWSBuild responsive, polished front-end interfaces with Tailwind CSS and modern JS frameworksDevelop and maintain mobile applications using React Native or Flutter, including native modulesPrototype, iterate, and ship features using AI-assisted or no-code/low-code platformsIntegrate external services and payment gateways (Flutterwave, Stripe) with robust error handlingImplement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, metrics, tracing, and alertsParticipate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior engineersCollaborate closely with product, design, QA, and operations to deliver high-quality releases ✅ Must-Have (Required)3+ years building production backend systemsStrong proficiency in C#/.NET Core and Python (service design, async processing, REST/GraphQL APIs)Practical experience with MongoDB and working knowledge of Supabase (auth, Postgres)Hands-on experience deploying and operating services on AWSFront-end experience using Tailwind CSS and modern HTML/CSS practicesMobile app development with React Native or FlutterExperience using no-code/low-code/AI tools (Lovable, Bubble, Draftbit, or similar)Comfortable integrating third-party APIs (payment processors, identity providers, analytics)Solid foundation in testing, CI/CD, observability, security best practicesStrong communication skills and experience in cross-functional teams 🌟 Nice-to-Have (Preferred)Experience with conversational or generative AI (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)Prior work connecting Supabase auth/Postgres to serverless/backends in productionFamiliarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS/Kubernetes)Experience with message queues / background job systems (SQS, RabbitMQ, Celery, Hangfire)Previous startup or product-led engineering experienceKnowledge of payment flows and compliance (PCI considerations)Contributions to open-source projects, published apps, or a strong portfolio 💡 Soft Skills & MindsetProduct-oriented: prioritize user value and iterate quicklyPragmatic: balance correctness, speed, and maintainabilityCollaborative: give and receive feedback, mentor others, document decisionsCurious: explore AI/no-code tools to accelerate product development 🎁 What We OfferFully remote workCompetitive compensation + stock/equity optionsInfluence on product direction and architectureSmall, motivated team with a culture of learning and ownership
