Job Description

Job Summary –

Support the MI team with report generation

Years of experience needed – 3- 5years in similar role

Technical / Non-Technical Skills:

 Effectively handle the reports allocated and achieve all the contractual SLA's

 Effective Workload Management

 Identify areas to automate reporting.

 Work with team to contribute in high performance of the team

 Take ownership of issues and work with relevant functions to resolve them

 Understanding of company policies & procedures

 Comply to all ISO & ISMS related protocols

For L3 to L5 – Data Services Bangalore/Pune

 Mixed Proficiency in MS Office tools

o Power Query - In depth knowledge of Power Query, including creation, amendment and use of Power Query Editor.

o Power Pivot - In depth knowledge of Power Pivots, including creation, amendment and manipulation of Data Models.

o Pivot Tables - In depth knowledge of creating, amending and using Pivot Tables

o PowerPoint - Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint

o MS Excel: Advanced user

o MS Access: Intermediate user

o VBA: Intermediate user

 Excellent communication skills

o Excellent business writing skills

o Excellent command over language

 Strong comprehension skills

 Ability to solve complex problems and take crucial decisions based on available data

 Strong numeration & Visual comprehension

 Logical thinking in gathering, analyzing & interpreting data for clients leadership team which is used to decision making processes

 Is able to probe end customers for required data if necessary

 Neutral V&A & No MTI

 Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines and effectively prioritize work

 Should be inclined towards improvements – simplifying, automating reports

 Adaptable to changing demands and conditions

 Open for any shift & extended hours

 Ability set-up and run processes involving MI, governance and ppt processes

 Willingness and aptitude to manage multi-dimensional information and process complexities

 Good planning and organizational skills

 Good exposure in MS Office tools
