This pivotal role is integral to managing all pre and post contract activities for our prestigious residential luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of contract management, project oversight, and the development of vendor relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil). A minimum of 10+years for Manager Role demonstrable experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development specifically within the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all facets of pre and post contract processes, ensuring contracts are meticulously drafted, reviewed, and managed to guarantee compliance and operational efficiency. Lead project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budgetary constraints. Foster vendor development through evaluation, on boarding, and cultivation of strong partnerships with external stakeholders, enhancing project execution. Conduct thorough rate analyses and lead negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions. Supervise budgeting, cost analysis, and detailed reporting to ensure financial accuracy across projects, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Required Skills: Proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices. Strong capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel as necessary based on project requirements.
