Job Title: Senior Ecommerce ExecutiveExperience Required: 4–6 YearsSalary: Up to ₹45,000/monthLocation: Kirti Nagar, Delhi Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Senior Ecommerce Executive with 4–6 years of experience in managing and optimizing ecommerce operations, with a strong focus on Amazon. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running paid ads on ecommerce platforms, managing listings across Quick Commerce (e.G., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) and ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), and should also possess team handling experience.Key Responsbilities:-Amazon-Focused Execution:Lead the day-to-day operations, marketing, and performance tracking on Amazon, including A+ content, keyword optimization, SEO, and advertising (Amazon Sponsored Ads).Paid Advertising Management:Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.).Ecommerce & Quick Commerce Operations:Handle onboarding, cataloging, pricing, order management, and growth strategy across multiple platforms.Team Management:Manage and guide a small team or support staff involved in ecommerce tasks like cataloging, customer service, or backend operations.Profit & Loss Awareness:Track product performance, analyze margins, monitor ad spends, and contribute to overall profitability of the ecommerce vertical.Coordination & Communication:Liaise with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) and external platform managers to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce activities.Competitor & Trend Analysis:Stay updated with industry trends, competitor performance, and platform algorithm updates.Key Requirements:- 4–6 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, especially on Amazon and other major platforms.Strong experience in paid advertising and campaign management.Exposure to platforms like Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.Good understanding of P&L, ROAS, and pricing strategies.Experience in leading or mentoring a team.Strong communication skills – clear, confident, and persuasive.High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.What We Offer:-Competitive salary up to ₹45,000/monthOpportunity to work in a fast-growing digital commerce environmentGrowth potential into managerial rolesDynamic team and learning environmentTo Apply: Send your resume to talent@sneakare.com & hr@sneakare.com .
